Private Party Transfer
BKM Customs is a safe and knowledgeable place to conduct a transfer. In order to properly transfer ownership all parties must meet California requirements. You will need to provide Identification and Proof of Residency, Firearm Safety Certificate, and Firearm Safety Device.
